Tea Court. Relax and enjoy afternoon tea in our charming, historic Tea Court, which serves a wide selection of teas from Fonte Coffee and Tea Company and a delightful tea menu created by pastry chef John Gayer. Every evening, Wednesday through Saturday, you can enjoy Portland's finest live jazz , spirited cocktails and light fare in a warm, inviting setting. The Mezzanine. Overlooking the historic Tea Court, furnished with intimate lounge chairs and tables, the Mezzanine is a peaceful spot for quiet business conversation. Wine. The Heathman Hotel’s wine list features more than 600 wines from 20 of the world’s major wine regions with an emphasis on France and Oregon, as well as one of the largest champagne collections in the state. Executive Chef Philippe Boulot showcases the food-wine connection by offering winemaker’s dinners, tasting events, and seasonal wine flights.
