As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service, The Heathman Hotel is pleased to welcome pets to the hotel. The daily fee to accommodate a pet is $35.00 (per pet and subject to change without notice). The Heathman Hotel was recognized by City Search as a premiere pet friendly hotel. In order to ensure a harmonious stay for all our guests, The Heathman Hotel has implemented the following guidelines for pet etiquette

• Pet owners agree to keep their pet on a leash or in a crate while the pet is in any public or common place within the hotel.
• Pet owners agree to not leave their pet unattended at any time while in the hotel.
• Pet owners should remove their pet from their guestroom during housekeeping services, or opt not to receive housekeeping services.
• If a pet becomes aggressive to any guest or other person in the hotel, pet owners agree to remove their pet promptly from the hotel upon request unless a mutually acceptable compromise can be met.
• Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage caused by their pet, and agree to reimburse for such damages on demand.
• Pet owners agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend The Heathman Hotel, its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses, (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by their pet.
